Burnt dining table

This dining table is a another of our original designs.

That being said, the yellow cedar top is a natural live edge design and we just polished and made it look cleaner. On the other hand, the base is part of our original collection.

The table top was treated with pigment colour and resin. This was uses to fill in some gaps and also to add some accent to the top. In order to keep adding character to the piece, we burnt the top with a blow torch. Yellow Cedar is ideal for this type for distressed projects. Being a soft wood, it will get marked with time, gaining more and more character and style. We just hurry the process a little!

The base was coated with our usual patina, black distressed acrylic.

The dimensions are 72"L. x 35"W. x 30"H.
